This is a phased project on Partridge Lake in Littleton, New Hampshire. This family estate consists of 2 homes and a seasonal lake cottage.
The first phase of re-landscaping took place at "Jack's Point." The use of Vermont stone steps, granite steps, granite rubble walks, and S&H clay pavers provide patios and safe access to the lake and other areas on the property.
Phase two begins to landscape Jere's home. The theme of Vermont stone steps with clay pavers were carried through from Phase I. A pergota and bluestone patio, which overlooks the lake, were added. A small round paver patio provided an intimate conversation area. Large boulder walks were constructed to deal with steep slopes. Plantings soften the hardscape and lighlight the house.
