Located on the southern shore of Lake Winnipesauke at the site of the former Camp Alton, a new country family estate has been created on 20 acres, with intense building and landscape development. The transformation consists of two houses, two boat houses, and a barn with a connected residence. Softscape operations performed by Tasker Landscaping over a 2 ½ year period included over 10 acres of sod lawn, 700 trees, 4600 shrubs, 2000 perennials and miscellaneous color, coordination of site trades, and the landscape maintenance of the property. |

This private residence is located in Amherst, New Hampshire. The property consists of one large 20-acre parcel situated on top of a hill and accessed from a dead-end, private road. Phase I work consisted of creating a new "Front Door" presentation to the house with a paved turnaround of concrete pavers while preserving most existing plantings. This work was based on an overall Landscape Master Plan from the front half of the property. |

Site and landscape improvements on this property occurred over a two-year period of planning and construction. Design work focused on formulating an overall Landscape Master Plan for the two lakeside lots and to secure the necessity of local and State approvals to construct the proposed breakwater, dock, access and raised beach along the Lake Winnipesaukee shoreline. |
