This series follows the progress of Tasker Landscaping during the landscaping phase of two (2) private residences located on 16 acres.

 

Private Residence - Hopkinton, New Hampshire

PRIVATE RESIDENCE
HOPKINTON, NEW HAMPSHIRE

A wonderful shingle style home sits on the north-south axis of a hilltop meadow. The front yard entry features a guest turnaround with weathered stone and a birch planting area. A timber pergoda and short fieldstone wall line the bluestone entry walk. Perennial and shrub gardens line the driveway. In the rear a large blutestone patio is framed by a low, curved granite wall and plantings. Large maples were planted on each side of the house to help with scale and asthetics.

 

Private Residence - Littleton, New Hamsphire

This is a phased project on Partridge Lake in Littleton, New Hampshire. This family estate consists of 2 homes and a seasonal lake cottage.

Governor's Island - Gilford, New Hampshire

GOVERNOR'S ISLAND - PRIVATE RESIDENCE
GILFORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE
This private residence is located in Gilford, New Hampshire. The property consists of four lots: two lots sloping down to and fronting Lake Winnipesaukee where the residence and Carriage House were constructed and two lots located up-slope of the lake opposite Edgewater Drive where a raised septic system, electrical generator and guest parking area were developed. Site and landscape improvements on this property occurred over a two-year period of planning and construction. Design work focused on formulating an overall Landscape Master Plan for the two lakeside lots and to secure the necessity of local and State approvals to construct the proposed breakwater, dock, access and raised beach along the Lake Winnipesaukee shoreline.

Granite State Independent Living Foundation - Concord, New Hampshire

GRANITE STATE INDEPENDENT LIVING FOUNDATION
CONCORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE
This project commenced with completion of a new corporate headquarters for the Granite State Independent Living Foundation in Concord, New Hampshire. Key to the design of this facility was creating an office space that featured spaces and details that facilitated the tasks and comforts of office staff in wheelchairs or who are physically handicapped.

Private Residence - Amherst, New Hampshire

PRIVATE RESIDENCE
AMHERST, NEW HAMPSHIRE
This private residence is located in Amherst, New Hampshire. The property consists of one large 20 acre parcel situated on top of a hill and accessed from a dead-end, private road. Phase I work, consisted of creating a new "Front Door" presentation to the house with a paved turnaround of concrete pavers while preserving most existing plantings. This work was based on an overall Landscape Master Plan for the front half of the property.
